Helping You Reclaim Balance, Boundaries, and a Sense of Self
You’ve spent your life giving—caring for others, meeting their needs, and making sure everything gets done. But somewhere along the way, you lost yourself. You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and unseen. You keep pushing forward, but deep down, you’re running on empty.
You don’t have to do this alone.
As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in helping people who feel emotionally drained, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or burdened by the weight of their relationships. Whether you’re struggling with relationship challenges, childhood wounds, overwhelming emotions, or out-of-control eating patterns, I provide a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported.

The therapy I practice—interpersonal and relational therapy—focuses on the relationships in your life, both past and present. The way we were raised, the unspoken lessons we learned, and the patterns we carry forward all shape how we connect with others. Sometimes, those patterns serve us well. Other times, they leave us feeling unheard, unfulfilled, or resentful.
Together, we’ll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion. We’ll work to untangle the beliefs and habits that no longer serve you and replace them with healthier, more empowering ways of relating to yourself and others.
My goal is to help you:
✔ Create and maintain healthy boundaries
✔ Break free from people-pleasing and over-giving
✔ Heal from past emotional wounds
✔ Develop a stronger sense of self-worth
✔ Experience more meaningful and fulfilling relationships
This journey is about transformation—about reclaiming your voice, your needs, and your well-being. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start truly living, I’m here to help.
